With no equipment required, the class suits all fitness levels to get every together and smash out a spicy workout in 30 min!
The boxing classes on Tuesday focus on Boxing for Beginners with a strong focus on Core strength and conditioning.
Where the classes on Thursday are a whole body burner, focusing on functional strength and muscle endurance.
