This is no doubt the biggest step in getting started. Taking action without knowing the outcome.

From being too results focused you can greatly come to conclusions too quickly to avoid yourself from getting started, for reaching a new goal. Here at Goliath Performance we take things slow and progress your journey through steps that have been tried and tested before, plus adjusting from the get go as we are all unique in how we take on board new challenges like starting Mobile Personal Training at your place or local park.

Specialising in Boxing for Fitness and Strength training we then get you on a 90 Day Habit plan, where we first track your current lifestyle and habits and build you up from there. This is still only for a selected few as it can be quite overwhelming but put simply we sit down and see how you first kickstart your days, what you do right after work and then the biggest one for just everybody is how you get yourself ready for what seems the hardest part of the day for most, going to bed and getting quality rest.

Removing the commute to your local gym, avoiding any cancelations on your part from staying back at work to other commitments. We break away from all those barriers to getting started with your own Personal Trainer by coming straight to you, at your place or local park, super convenient by forcing you to be ready to get straight into your workout and then off into your day again without time spent travelling or looking for parking. For the early starters, having a Personal Trainer rock up to your home first thing in the morning is one of the best ways to really kick start your day on the right foot, where we basically force you out of bed, get ready for your session and away we go.
