Tailored programming when you are not with your Coach, is what we will hold you accountable on.
If you're only spending a few hours a week with your Coach, we need you to have a minimal commitment, in between your workouts, working towards your goals.
We will sit down first and see your current diet and lifestyle habits.
From there we will make a realistic plan around your other commitments, which will all be tracked on our training app to keep you super accountable.
