We are mobile. We bring the gym to you at your place or local park.
Will we keep you accountable?
Yes! We will keep you accountable even away from our Personal Training sessions, by staying on track towards your goals and working on the small habits to build a healthy lifestyle.
Are our Personal Trainers, Strength and Boxing Coaches qualified?
All our Personal Trainers and Strength and Boxing Coaches are qualified in their fields. With Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, Accredited Strength & Conditioning and Boxing Coaching courses.Â
Plus all our Coaches have over 5 years experience. With running their own businesses.
We also make sure all our staff are up to date in their fields, plus have both the following:Â
– WWCC (Working With Children Check in NSW) or Blue Card in QLD
– National Police Check
