All our Personal Trainers and Strength and Boxing Coaches are qualified in their fields. With Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, Accredited Strength & Conditioning and Boxing Coaching courses.
Plus all our Coaches have over 5 years experience. With running their own businesses.
We also make sure all our staff are up to date in their fields, plus have both the following:
– WWCC (Working With Children Check in NSW) or Blue Card in QLD
– National Police Check

Tailored programming when you are not with your Coach, is what we will hold you accountable on.
If you're only spending a few hours a week with your Coach, we need you to have a minimal commitment, in between your workouts, working towards your goals.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We will sit down first and see your current diet and lifestyle habits.
From there we will make a realistic plan around your other commitments, which will all be tracked on our training app to keep you super accountable.
